The Ben Glaetzer-made wine is geared towards its relationships at the table, so it's toned and fit, rather than big and full-bodied, gathering both varieties - Italian cool into a very crunchy fruit pastille, with herbal fragrances and a savoury edge over a crisp palate. Great with lamb cutlets and pesto.
