A barrel sample of the 2006 Shiraz "Directors' Cut" reveals a similar profile to the 2005. It is slightly more forward, a bit more expressive aromatically, and offers a similar, structured personality. It needs 3-5 years of additional bottle age and should drink well through 2026.
