This is a blend of complementary Italian varieties that only Aussie winemakers would think of putting together. Taking the round soft Piedmontese dolcetto and blending it with the thin and hard lagrein from Trentino has produced a red with a richness and plenty of structure. A drinkable, savoury wine ideally suited to post-modern outdoor eating.
