Wine of the Future: 2004 Viognier Pinot Gris

Ben Glaetzer makes fine, value-for-money wines which sing of the places from which they come; the Limestone Coast & Langhorne Creek. Here, the choice of grapes surprises but there is synergy in the finished wine which combines the aromatics and viscosity of Viognier and the crisp minerally acidity of pinot gris.
